Description
In this class, students will learn the basics of beginner wheel throwing and hand building construction. The class will start with three weeks of basic wheel throwing, trimming, and slip decoration. The following three weeks will cover hand building techniques such as slab construction, coiling pots, and glazing finished work. Demonstrations in this class will focus on garden themed pieces. This class is intended for anyone interested in all types of pottery creation. No experience required.

In addition to weekly class, students may practice during Open Studio on Mondays 4-9pm, Wednesdays 10am-6pm, and Fridays 4-9pm (first come, first serve).
